STEPHANIE.. today.. Looking at her condition is really heart breaking..I wish to thank all of you out there who have extended and have signified their intent to help. This is the real picture of poverty in the country. Where insensitive people in authority do not even care...This brings to mind Pres Aquinos vision that all indigent Filipino family shall be covered with Philhealth... but Where are we now .I was born and raised in a rural area.. my medical practice is basically rural based ..I see a lot of indigent patients in my daily practice.. and I know there are a lot of Stephanies out there..but we can only help a few with our limited resources.
