STILFONTEIN NEWS While going out for our morning walk this morning my friend Orpa and I walked down Winnie Mandela Street turning left into Groot stree, on the corner on the graas we passed 2 brown Staffis sitting on the graas we looked across at them and was horrified to see them eating the legs of a dog, each one had one, I felt sick, they must have caught this dog, it was brown with quite long legs so it was not a small dog, did not see a body, so we dont know where they killed it, the fear suddenly hit us as we thought, they could charge at us and rip us to pieces, we quickly turned the corner and then I called the Police, only to be told, they were busy with another case, and could not come now, I felt that it was a dangerous situation, what if they decided to attack a passer by, they said I must phone the SPCA who told us that it was not a dog abuse case, but said they would go out and look, also that they think they know whose dogs they are...... People! if you want to keep such dangerous dogs keep them behind your gate, we go for walks and get attacked by dogs nipping at our heels and even worse!! wish they would make stricter rules for people with dogs,
