STILL ON THE IMMIGRATION MANSLAUGHTERS... Thanks to the Nigerian media, were reminded that its SIX MONTHS since the cream of this countrys youths were called out to a sham employment examination into the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) and died as a result of zero logistics arrangement occasioned by corruption and sheer greed. When those youths were needlessly killed, the President Goodluck Jonathan ordered automatic employment for those injured and 3 slots for the families of those injured. Also recall that the President ordered that the employment exercise be reviewed and of course, a committee was set up. Six months after, this palliative measure has fallen flat on its face. Failed just like so many other things in this administration! And we have a President? Anytime I see that minister, Abba Moro, I get into a rage against this govt. My mind flies into an apoplectic rage against a careless, soulless, totally callous and heartless government. Im even more worried that we have a President who himself isnt bothered that his orders are so disdained and disregarded by his own appointed ministers. Its an absolute shame that we have a President who thinks everything (including lives of youth) are mere pawns in a dastardly political game of death. Nigerians must rise against any govt that plays politics with the lives of its youths. It is totally unconscionable, completely inexcusable and absolutely unpardonable that govt officials will seek to make money off unemployment, kill youths in the process and go scot-free. What a jungle-country! What an administration! Anyone who knows this President should tell him: if he doesnt summon up the liver to sack this Abba Moro and do the right thing concerning that employment scam, Nigerians wouldnt even waste time in sacking him come 2015!
