We will HANG YOU But even that HUMANELY. But PUBLICLY. We Will not listen to the WEST which before granting us a loan puts a restriction that we CAN NOT HAVE CAPITAL PUNISHMENT but within America itself there are 32 States where Capital punishment is LEGAL. 32 out of 50 states can hang people and do but we can not ? 15, 269 people were executed in America only up until 1991 According to ESPY Files.
