STOP JUDICIAL ABUSE AND CHARACTER ASSASSINATION. Judges should not be above the law. Eric Garner was put in a chokehold and died. Michael Brown was shot and killed in Ferguson, MO. There are investigations regarding both situations and an effort to determine the truth and assign responsibility. But no one responds when Judge Hope Schwartz Zimmerman makes vile accusations about me and deliberately lies when she targets and persecutes me. No one looks into the vicious bigotry manifested by this jurist who is trying to take away all my property with spurious calculations and far-fetched concoctions. The bully Zimmerman maligns me with the nonsense that I made terroristic threats and committed a violent Class B felony. The accusation about a Class B felony is based on perjury and Zimmerman refuses to refer perjury to the District Attorney. Without a hearing and for no valid reason, Zimmerman imperiously issued a 20-year Order of Protection against me. Based on the horrible doctrine of absolute judicial immunity, the Office of Attorney General Schneiderman does nothing and argues the whole matter should be dropped and no one has the authority to do anything. The doctrine of absolute judicial immunity is immoral, anachronistic, and antithetical to American values of justice and fairness. All citizens should seek modification of an abhorrent doctrine and its replacement with a sensible alternative. Thank you.
