STOP MISLEADING OGUNWEST INDIGENES Contrary to insuniation in some quarters that the ongoing road expansion along Papalanto - Ilaro - Oja Odan road is a federal government project, I write to debunk such malicious report as it is meant to mislead the Ogunwest indigenes from appreciating the laudable step of Sen. Ibikunle Amosun led government on the said road. It is on record that the Sen. Ibikunle Amosuns efforts to rehabilitate majors roads that are federal roads in the axis had been distrupted by federal government road maintenance agency - FERMA, without doing anything to alleviate the suffering of the people on the said road. How on earth can a party that enjoyed an overwhelming support of the Ogunwest indigenes for 8years without having any meaning project to show for it instead seeds of confusion was sown in the land be claiming glory for what he did not do. It is highly regretable that instead of appreciating this kind gesture of Sen. Ibikunle Amosun led government, some people still believes in mounting political road block to thwart the Rebuilding Mission of Sen. Ibikunle Amosun led government in Ogunwest Senatorial District. I use this medium to challenge the sponsor of the said misleading report to direct their energy to Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan and Mike Onanoneme towards the rehabilitation of the Ilaro -Owode road which he had read as a completed project in his 2013 scorecard. Where were these people late last year to have challenge Labaran Maku - the minister for information, when he read in their administration scorecard that the Ilaro - Owode road had been completed without a stone dropping on such road. I think it is high time we gave the Rebuilding Mission under Sen. Ibikunle Amosun a chance to have his way in Ogunwest. It is on record that Ogun state is wearing a new of new look courtesy of the laudable achievement of this rebuilding mission of Sen. Ibikunle Amosun led government.
