STOP THE BLAME GAME HUHUHU !!! . over the years Ive tried to figure out the difference between happy people , betwenn optimists and pessimits , between those who are generally relaxed and accepting about life versus those who are stressed and resentful. Though I believe there are a # of determining factors, one that can be emphasized enough is the tendency of those who are happy not to blame others for their unhappiness or misfortune . in other words , happy people take responsibility for what happens in their lives the good and the bad ..
