STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND PLEASE READ THIS…BURN IT INTO YOUR BRAIN! STOP associating being “shredded” with being “healthy”. If you have an eating disorder, are moody, energy levels are low in the gym, have an abnormal hormone profile and bad relationships with your partner, friends or family….BUT you have ‘shredded abs’, do you really think you are healthy? If you have a bit of stomach pudge but your heart rate, blood pressure & hormones are normal and you’re workouts are excellent & don’t get fatigued…do you really think you are unhealthy? Just because you don’t have a six pack doesn’t mean you are out of shape! Dont compromise your health to look good, that defeats the whole purpose of why I got into this fitness lifestyle – JnS ;)
