STORM AT THE OTHER SIDE OF THE RIVER - Luke 4:35-38. That day when evening came, he said to his disciples, Let us go over to the other side of the river. leaving the crowd behind, they took him along, just as he was, in the boat. There were also other boats with him. A furious squall came up, and the waves broke over the boat, so that it was nearly swamped. Jesus was in the stern sleeping on a cushion. The disciples woke him and said to him, Teacher, dont you care if we drown? Remember, it was at Jesus command that his disciples tried to move at the OTHER SIDE OF THE RIVER, and I asked myself, Why then the storm, since Jesus said so? Listen! Whenever it is time for God to take you over to the next level of life (the other side) to bless you, the enemy sends storm to stop you. But listen to this: whenever you see any storm, it s an indication that something beautiful is coming your way. Just stick to your faith and hold on to your God because soon, the storm will be over as Jesus gives it command to BE STILL. Remember, when the enemy comes like a flood, the SPIRIT of GOD will raise a standard against him. Amen.
