***STORM CHASING TIP #2*** FIND A MENTOR: Find someone that is a trained professional storm chaser/Veteran Storm chaser or Meteorologist that has storm chased. When I went storm chasing on May 31st, I went with a Veteran Storm Chaser that has been chasing storms for 10 years. It is important that if you are just beginning storm chasing, that you find a mentor that will take you chasing and show you the ropes. Just like anything, the more you do it the more tricks of the trade you learn. An experienced storm chaser will know certain dangers that an amateur would not. SO NEXT TIME YOU WANT TO GO STORM CHASING, MAKE SURE YOUR MENTOR IS WITH YOU!!!!
