STORMS ACROSS THE REGION As forecast, Storms started to develop early this afternoon over the Northern Tablelands and moved in a northeast direction. Some small hail was reported in isolated areas but no high winds were recorded. Some areas had heavy rainfall and frequent lightning was recorded at times. These storms are now tracking toward Brisbane and should affect the city by 9.30 to 10pm tonight. At this stage storms can, once again be expected but they will be more isolated. I chased close to Warwick late this afternoon and was lucky enough to capture a few bolts on camera. This was just to the east of Warwick.
