Ourchurch once looked at a building project that was estimated at $150,000 to build. The architect then added a postscript to his estimate. He said that even though we were looking at a cost of $150,000 that day, by the time the project was finished(in less than a year) the cost would be more like $183,000. He figured in ?cost over-runs?, additional labor, and material up-grades. Marriages are kind of like that.
