STRANGE VEHICLE SPAREPARTS THEFT!! In what appears to be like a well orchestrated syndicate, cases of vehicle spare parts theft has lately become so rampant in Kapcherop and its environs. It started with a very discouraging and mysterious missing of lorry spareparts worth over a hundred thousands belonging to a local entrepreneur called Kosgey. And when that had not dried in people lips, another car owner called Koech lost some key car spares mysteriously. The latest reports show that yesterday. Chebai Boys High schools bus was discovered to be missing an alternator and a section of the power steering wheel system. All these is the handiwork of a cartel which probably work under spies to plan on the appropriate hour to hit. Chebai Boys has already recorded statement at the police station as investigations continue.
