STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE COBBLER... 1 stick butter melted 1 egg 1 c. milk 1 c. all-purpose flour 1 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2 quarts srawberries 4 oz. cream cheese cubed small Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix egg, milk,flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl, mix well. Pour melted butter in your baking pan, make sure entire bottom is covered. Pour your mixed ingredients in buttered pan. Add single layer of strawberries, as many as possible. Sprinkle cubed cream cheese on top of strawberries. Bake for 45 minutes, til top is brown. Crust will rise around fruit, but will not cover the top of fruit. Take out of oven, and Enjoy.
