STUDYING LAW BEYOND LAW April 16, 2014 at 5:16am The framework of law as fixed by Government of People called State by codification of law is like a stupor fixed to the eyes of animals for making them almost blind in relation to the outside world. Such framework of law is the necessity of every State, whether democratic or dictatorial, so that the citizens of such State move on common usage or stereotyped passage with blind eyes. The true freedom of people lies in looking beyond such State fixed framework of law in search of law beyond such existing law. The reasoned human mind has a natural right which is fundamental in nature to make analytical study of existing law fixed by State and to look beyond such existing law in search of law in true natural sense. Such analytical study of State’s existing law by keeping eyes open leads to further improvement in existing law by way of its amendment. The State and its social law are not as big as the Nature and her natural law. In other words, there is always a law beyond existing law as codified by State. One needs to come out of stupor psychology to look into such law beyond law with open eyes. Such eye opening exercise involves intellectual struggle not only with outside world including State and Nature, but also with self. Many times the answers to human problems are found in the area of Nature outside the jurisdiction of State. Friends, I do not have any bare Act or any court judgment in support of my point of view as aforesaid arising out of my research in Comparative Study between Natural Law and Social Law and therefore my point herein is debatable as point of pure personal imagination arising out of my stray thoughts or as point of importance in study of law having some truth within it. –Adv.B.S.More
