SUBMISSION........................Hello sir. I am a former employee at Pacheco Winery. I quit a week before they closed the doors. I gave a full two week notice before my last day. Doug Pacheco still owes me for a few days of work as well as his entire staff. I am the only one he will even respond to. He says he declared bankruptcy but the law office he uses said he hasnt. I keep getting to runaround and Im not sure what to do next. Im not concerned so much about what he owes me but more so what he owes the other employees. Is there anything you can do to help?
