SUNDAY MORNING WEATHER UPDATE We are starting out the second half of the weekend cloudy with temperatures in the mid 60s. Clouds will hold throughout the morning as temperatures climb a few degrees into the upper 60s. South winds will return today ahead of the next approaching cold front. This will bring a return of gulf moisture into the area and keep the low cloud cover going. Temperatures will warm into the 70s by the lunch hour. Clouds will begin to break just a bit during the afternoon. Temperatures will climb into the 80s. Low clouds will return quickly tonight as the next cold front gets closer. The front will come into town Monday morning with a line of storms. So plan on a wet start to the new work week. Much cooler, drier air will follow the front, clearing the skies and ending the rain.
