SUPPORT FOR REFERENDUM WILL NEITHER BENEFIT THE CORD NOR STORM PETREL(RAILA ODINGA).KENYANS ARE THE ONES TO WIN BIG ON THIS.THE MCAs TOO OUGHT TO BE WARNED THAT RECALL CLAUSE IS STILL ACTIVE:Should the MCAs thwart the referendum bid then Kenyans of goodwill will do the country good by sending them packing.The only Counties in the larger Mt. Kenya region that never benefitted from Kibakis ten-year rule are the Tharakas of Tharaka-Nithi County and the Merus with the exclusion of Imentis who got a share of Kiraitus goodies. Kenyans should not allow themselves to be duped by the Mt. Kenya Governors who are driven by hubris and envy as they do not other parts of the country to develop. Referendum calls are meant to benefit all Kenyan citizens. Lets all support the devolution course and strengthen the development of counties. Theres need to compel Uhuru and Ruto to return the loot they ferried to Uganda with a view of ensuring Odinga gets into power and finds the Exchequer dry. This is neither CORD nor Raila Odinga affair.
