SURGERY UPDATE: Deanna is now back on the ward YAAAAA!!! The surgeon said all has gone well - they managed to get some good samples of the mass without having to open up her chest. She had a central line in her neck which they have now taken out as the pain was really intense. The central line was put in just in case anything went wrong. She will have another x-ray in the morning to check that her lungs are ok and now the waiting for results begins.
