SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT AT LOCKERBIE Police in Lockerbie are appealing for information to help trace a man who was wearing a white coloured cycle helmet, sunglasses and was riding a white coloured bicycle in the Union Street are of Lockerbie at around 1735 hours on Tuesday 18 June 2013. At that time a six year old boy came across the cyclist and was alarmed by what the man may have said to him. The boy reported the matter to his father who in turn alerted police.
