SUSTAINING WISE COUNCIL FROM THE LORD As i was reading proverbs 3 today, this heading came to mind. Proverbs 3 began talking about keeping the commandments within your HEART. First you should know the two most important commandments that will help you follow all.. 1Commandment: You shoud love the Lord with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all you mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as you love yourself. Knowing and following these two commandments will help you follow the last eight. I continued on reading it began to talk about Trustin the Lord, and how you shouldnt be wise in your own eyes; being wise in your own eyes is basically an arguement amonst your self saying, I dont need a law telling me what to do just to be righteous. This arguement is an arguement of self righteousness... When Lucifer(Satan;the devil) rebeled against God in heaven at the beginning, this is the arguement he used to bring sin into the world and to deceive a 1/3 of the angels in heaven. This is the arguement he used to draw your attention away from the Lords way. The Lords way is His Law. Then it started talking about how happy you can be when you not only find wisdom (from the Lord), but by understanding and sustaining wise council. Being wise is better than money and silver; its better than rubies. Proverbs 3:15 says nothing can compare to wisdom and knowledge. A few versus down talks about how we shouldnt let wisdom and understanding depart from our eyes and from our actions because it brings life to our soul. Having wisdom and a fear in the Lord will allow you to not be afraid of sudden terror, nor of trouble from the wicked when it comes because the Lord will be your confidence. Dont return wicked with wicked or evil with evil, because thats an abomination of the Lord. Dont walk in the ways of evil but stay from those who want to not change their ways because they will draw you in.. If a person dont wanna change then leave it up to God, because you cant do nothing about it. SO HOW IMPORTANT IS SUSTAINING WISE COUNCIL? Just have Trust in the Lord Jesus Christ our savior, and He will be there with you through your difficulties and challeges understanding Proverbs will help you become a better person and will change you into someone you never thought about being... But its for the Good.. Whos good? God is Good
