Puppies and dogs left at kill shelters when they need medical care. This is puppy Cara who was left at a kill shelter with broken leg to die. Her owners didnt want her and no one adopted her. All the shelter could do for her was put a cast on her broken leg and pray for a miracle. The shelter staff couldnt bear to see her die and made a plea for Westside to save her. We are drowning in vet bills and boarding costs, but how could we say no to this sweet girl who is just a baby. She needs surgery to fix her broken bones and we desperately need your help.
