SWOT ( Strength ,Weakness, Opportunity, Threat ) analysis of National Parties.... Congress : S - Experienced and intellectual party members. Can handle big economic and diplomatic problems. W - Poor leadership. (RaGa) O - large party cadre...traditional support and deep reach within minorities and tribals. T - No big target declared yet for next 5 years. Communication problem with public. & NaMo. BJP : S : Strong leadership in the form of NaMo. W : No experienced and intellectual members (except Adwani, Jetley and Sushma Swaraj ). Hardcore ideology. Intolerance. O : Cash in vote by showing (at least by words) Gujrat development model. T - Coaltion Govt. (Modi is not made for this...he has clear majority in Gujrat)...and AAP...too much reliance on digital marketing....better know ground realities. AAP : S - Gives a feel of true participatory democracy....uncle-next-door look of Arvind Kejriwal. W - no experience in politics....inflexible when working on difficult task. No clear agenda except on corruption. O - tap people who r fed up with muddy politics...have young and ambitious persons..take adventage of corruption issues. T - narrow vote base....and stones hurled from BJP..!!! SP : S : big Gunda army. W : many chutia MLAs. O : bright career opportunities for aspiring Gunde and Badmass.... T : English speaking sane people of UP and ...Maya BSP : S : Strong leadership ....Mayawati W : but she is not beautiful...and does not have a sweet voice O : Dalit people....and people who dont like Gundagardi and Riots. T : peoople who dont like dalit people and elephant statues. RJD : S : Lalu ka naam hi kaafi hai.... W : 11 bacche paida karne ke baad jo weakness aati hai.. O : promise to distribue 25kg free chara in National Food Security Act T : hamko darr naahi lagat haii......sasura ke naati...
