SYPNOSIS A complainant filed a civil case in Branch 111, Regional Trial Court, Pasay City and was docketed as Land Registration Court (LRC)/Civil Case No. 997-P. Through a motion by the Solicitor General of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines , the case was consolidated into LRC/Civil Case No. 3957-P in July 14, 1964 . Consequently, leaving the other titles as null and void, no probative value and non-bankable.
