** Sabbath Happenings in Queens on November 9th, 2013 ** The sun has set and the Sabbath hours are upon us! You maybe searching for a church to attend in the morning or know of someone who will be in town......well, heres whats happening in Queens this weekend! * Mt. Sinai- At 5 pm the Pathfinder Club of Mt. Sinai SDA Church will present: Survivor a survival guide on how to get through the Last Days through skit form. They will also test our survival skills as well. Come out and support our young people as they put into practice what theyve learned in their book work all year! *Jamaica SDA Church- PATHFINDER DAY & FALL REVIVAL! Its an all day affair at Jamaica Church with the Jamaica Royal Crown Pathfinder Club & the Personal Ministries Dept. At 11am the speaker for the hour will be the 15 yr old Janyn Alfred and will preach on the topic Faith to Follow. Jedzia Wray will be the guest musical selection as well. At 6:45 the church continues with their revival series featuring Evangelist Jeffrey Harriot! This week has been a blessing to all who attended and watch online....dont miss out on yours! * Linden SDA Church- AYS @ 5pm! Join the youth of Linden for an exciting presentation & discussion about the truth behind Adventism in our lives. Are you prepared to answer questions on the spot? What if you were walking down the street and somebody stopped you for some SDA knowledge? Do you know what you believe in AND why!? Well join them tomorrow to dissect the ins and outs of us as a people and Abrahams decedents. * Hollis SDA Mission- Family & Friends Day ....the Personal Ministries Department hosts this marvelous day which promises to be life changing for the better! * Elmont Temple- CHILDRENS DAY! Hes Still Working on Me is the theme that we all can relate to no matter how young or old we are. Elmont Temple is one of our sister churches bordering Queens and Long Island and they are constantly on fire working for the Lord. The children of Elmont Temple welcome you with arms wide open as they celebrate what God has done for them so far throughout their lives. You want to be there all day starting at 10:30 am.... at 5pm the children from our area churches will minister in song, poetry, instrumentals, and so much more! We have 13 churches in Queens along with our Mission churches....not all are posted up this weekend BUT be assured that God has a special blessing in store for you at them all!
