Sad day in Kennyland tonight. May, my APBA cat, is gone. She had been having seizures for the past few weeks and the treatment wasnt working. The veterinarian thought they may have been caused by either a liver issue or even a brain tumor. This morning, it got much worse and, after much heart-wrenching debate, I decided the humane thing was to have her put to sleep. I had her for almost 8 years and she filled a gap after my wife passed away. She would watch me play APBA and used to get on the game desk and sleep on the packages of cards when I was gone. So many of you have offered well wishes and prayers during her treatment, so I wanted to follow up. I appreciated those, and consider you all friends. Here is May with her favorite APBA card of Milt May from the 1977 season. She looks a bit perturbed, but its only because I woke her up, stuck that card in her face and began shooting pictures....
