Sad phone call this evening. My co-worker passed away in a car accident this weekend. I just had a meeting with him Thursday. This is the 2nd co-worker to pass away in the past 2 weeks. Death can be sudden, but its always final. Ill go to work with 2 less people, 2 empty desks and sadness for the families they behind. We never want our loved ones to leave us, but do we ever think about a day we could leave them? Our lives are fragile and sometimes shorter than we hoped. Take advantage of the time with loved ones in your life. Its sad to regret loss time, missed opportunities or unresolved issues. This holiday season, please remember to say I love you and let them know how much you care... I know two families that will be without sons, a father, a husband and two good, decent men from this day forward. I ask God to watch over the families during this time of sadness and mourning and remind them of the great moments they spent together. Sad, depressed day. GN Facebook
