Sad tale as narrated by Shiks, a disgruntled Naivas shopper: What a bad evening!!! I was doing my shopping at Naivas supermarket and as i was picking my washing powder, a jik detergent container falls from the top as the supermarket attendant was arranging some items behind. It splashed on my black jean and red tshirt at the back, colouring me white all over. I even had to do my shopping again coz everything i had was full of jik. Thank God i was not carrying my handbag....coz i cant imagine how it could look like. Everybody was looking at me saying Pole/sorry but i felt like hiyo pole is not working for me coz already everything was in a mess. I had to go back to the house n change. Shiks pole sana. However, you need to understand that good customer care is not an alien concept. You must demand it of all the establishments that you frequent and who profit from your hard earned cash. This is clearly the fault of an employee and therefore liability falls on the supermarket. Im frankly shocked that all they said was pole. They can (and should) excuse the behavior of their employee as accidents do happen, however, as a business, not only should Naivas reimburse you the cost of your ruined clothing, they should also offer you free shopping by way of apology. I have inboxed you the email address of the chains marketing manager. Write to him and let’s hear what he says.
