Sad to see that GOP candidate David Jolly defeated Democratic candidate in the special congressional election in Pinellas County FL yesterday by 48% to 46%. Not exactly a landslide or a bellwether for the 2014 election. One third or more of his campaign funds were from GOP congressman and millions poured in from outside GOP sources. Jolly is an extremist who worked as DC lobbyist for clients who support oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico, privatizing SS, charging veterans more for TRICARE opposing equal pay for women.
