Sadly, this has happened more times than I would have expected. Its crazy how some people are just down right hurtful when it comes to friendship and supporting you in what you do...! A true friend to me is someone that will love you and stand by your side no matter what you are going through, what job you are doing, what relationship you are in, where you live, etc... Since teaming up with Beachbody I have seen some so-called friends laugh at me, talk about me behind my back, make fun of me, and even go as far as blocking and deleting me. And guess what, its been a HUGE blessing finding out who your real friends are, even if that number is smaller than you would want. Its the quality, not the quantity. I am still ME, the same person on the inside that I was before. And if someone is going to not like me because of how I run my life on Social Media, or the lifestyle that I am trying to make for myself and my family, well then good riddance. This isnt about trying to be better, or outdoing anyone. I dont compare myself to anyone...but myself...! The last 3 years have been the best 3 years of my life. Finding who I am, re-establishing my relationship with God, and living a HAPPY, drama free life...because frankly, life is too short for that. Surround yourself with people who lift you up. They dont have to always agree with what you are doing, or even be doing it themselves. But at the end of the day you should still be able to get together, crack open a beer and shoot the shit like good pals do!! Letting go of people who dont carry genuine love in their heart for you is something you can do for yourself. Anyone else go through some recent break-ups themselves?
