Safe to say im already missing my normal workout routine at home BUT you can take your workout ANYWHERE!!! Im in Koh Samui and here is my workout I did this morning: 12 lat raises 12 Arnolds 12 incline flies 12 bicep curls 12 bent over 1 arm rows 12 feet raised spiderman pushups 12 hanging leg raises 12 handstand pushups X5 sets - NO REST in between exercises, 30sec rest at the end of each set. Followed by 3 laps of this crazy driveway.
