Safely arrived in hiva oa French Polynesia took a smidge under. 18 days average speed 7 knots lumpy bumpy trip max wind 36 knots (rain squal,)time motoring in gear 9 hours ,2937 miles rumb line logged miles 3075 max boat speed 13.6 knots,average wind 17 knots ,best sail combo 2 reefed main no 1 headsail,on reach or running square on pole. Many thanks to John galloway our weather man and finally my dad who at the age of 81 crossed half the pacific lost 20 kgs and is now fit as a mallee bull ( watch out Christine)
