[Sagarmani Dhakal] Vehicle carrying SDF supporters returning from Jorethang was caught carrying Kirte parcha today at around 9:30pm at Dugalakha ward, Rhenock Constituency by the Observer appointed by the election commission. The parcha contained anti social, communal writings. One of the passenger included CEC member of SDF party. A sheer violation of Code of Conduct. The parchas were seized by capable officers of Pakyong Police station and a case has been registered. Hats off to good job done by the police department and the election commission.
