Salam & Good Day to ALL Academic Advisors, Please be informed that students (compulsory to all students) need to perform the online subject pre-registration starting from 03-03-2014 (Week 5) until 06-04-2014 (Week 8). The success of their pre-registration exercise is subjected to your approval as an academic advisor. The generation of September 2014 timetable will be based on this pre-registration information. Therefore, I would like to have your attention and cooperation to ensure that they perform online subject pre-registration exercise, register maximum credit hour allowed and register the right subject code and subject name as in their program structure. However, after the given timeline, the Academic Management Department (AcMD) will approve all requests to avoid pending subject registration records. Students who fail to add subject via online due to one or more of these reasons: • Unknown pre-requisite (not within program structure) • Exceeded allowable credits (base on program structure) will need to request manually by filling in the attached form.
