Salam semua.. Dengar cerita harga rokok naik? Harga minyak pun naik & harga real estate/ property pun kita tau memang makin naik. Sintom-sintom ni buatkan saya hari ni membaca pasal "The financial crisis of 2007–2009" also known as the Global Financial Crisis and 2008 financial crisis. Banyak website sy baca, video sy tengok, reports & da discuss dgn few friends psl ni. Siapa tak tahu pasal ni? This dark time is started at US, wall street,considered by many economist the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression of the 1930s. It resulted in the threat of total collapse of large financial institutions, the bailout of banks by national governments, and downturns in stock markets around the world. In many areas, the housing market also suffered, resulting in evictions, foreclosures and prolonged unemployment. The crisis played a significant role in the failure of key businesses, declines in consumer wealth estimated in trillions of U.S. dollars, and a downturn in economic activity leading to the 2008–2012 global recession and contributing. Nak tahu tak sebab apa terjadi nya benda ni? Major factors are triggered by a complex interplay of policies that encouraged home ownership, providing easier access to loans for subprime borrowers, overvaluation of bundled sub-prime mortgages based on the theory that housing prices would continue to escalate. Tu pun saya da pendek kan skit..so nampak tak dekat sini yang Malaysia sekarang da macam ada sintom-sintom ni balik. Ramai orang yang nak sangat beli rumah, ada yang credit history die teruk (subprime credit histories), bank plak smua kejar loan volume & cuba bagi lower interest rate, so orang yang subprime ni berjaya buat loan, & when time comes, property value drops, subprime credit collapse, bank xnk bg loan dah, money supply reduce in market, semua start play safe, company start buang pekerja, anda hilang kerja, tak boleh bayar loan..dan time ni ramai jadi muflis.. So apa goverment Malaysia dan anda semua berlajar dari sejarah ni? Renung2kan. Pakar economi askhazwan
