Selepas Prudential bayar Pada pemegang policy dari MH370 so sekarang ni ada Berita baik dari our prudentials CEO to all MH17 PruBSN n Prudential policies holders. I wish to inform you that based on the latest information received from LIAM, we can now confirm that 13 people on board Malaysia Airlines MH17 were insured with PAMB and 5 were with PruBSN. Under the extraordinary circumstances, the Company has decided to make special consideration to waive the exclusions applicable to acts of war for these policies. We have been working together with PruBSN to streamline the claims process for a swift, uniform yet sensitive handling of the payout to the beneficiaries of our policyholders. The claims cheques are ready and we will be in touch with the respective servicing agents soon. As a sign of respect for the grieving families, the cheques will only be delivered personally to the families when they are prepared to receive them. Our thoughts and prayers remain with those who have lost their lives in this tragedy. May their families and loved ones find strength and peace during this difficult time.
