Sales Administrator - Job Description We would like to announce the open vacancy for a Sales Administrator in our Head Office in Hai Alandalus, Tripoli. Please see below for the full information regarding the post Job Function: - Answering customers telephone/email queries. - Handling customer requests. - Introducing Rawafed Services. - Preparing and sending offers. - Preparing contracts. - Preparing all required documents for Tenders. - Contacting customers for account renewal. - Maintaining client records. - Contacting new customers for customer satisfaction. - Circulate promotional emails about new products and special offers.. - Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as filling and processing paperwork, prepare memos, letters and other documents that are required - Manage and maintain department needs and ordering supplies when needed i.e. stationary etc. Job Requirements: - Education: Diploma in IT (preferred) - Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a similar administrative post. - Fluent in Arabic and Excellent command of English (writing / speaking/ reading) - Competent in working with Microsoft Office i.e Word, Excel, Power Point etc. - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures Should you find yourself as a suitable candidate and interested in applying for this position, please email a copy of your CV in English to [email protected] with “Sales Administrator Vacancy” mentioned in the subject line.
