Position Details: Job Description Our client is opening a new branch in Gabon to service their key global blue chip clients in the in the oil refining, petrochemicals, power generation, pharmaceuticals & Mining. Here you will be meeting with the clients, providing solutions to their current systems, which would include modifications, future expansion project plans and new products that have recently been launched. Lead the distributed control systems sales & business development initiatives in the Gabon, Cameroon, Congo and other French speaking companies that fall into the Gulf of Guinea region. Provide customer modification solutions to their Process and Automation Systems. Brief clients on the new system process engineering Develop and implement sales strategies for your area. Provide monthly reports and forecasts to your Country Manager and Middle East Systems Manager. Meet or exceed territory financial objectives required in support of the business plan. Prepare and present marketing forecasts, pricing surveys, competitor intelligence and country marketing plans. Work closely with proposal generation group to ensure all offers reflect customer needs, are competitively priced and are submitted on time. Improve customer satisfaction by finding solutions to their needs. To identify, qualify and pursue control system projects to achieve order conversion and maximise the potential for all Company Process Management products and services. Develop long-term relationships with senior management within customer accounts. Maximise revenue and profit from the existing installed base. Country: Gabon Location: Libreville Job Qualification & Experience: • Familiar with the Process Automation & Control industry. • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Process Automation or related industry. • Engineering Degree preferred, Business Administration Degree or advanced Degree considered. • Fluent in French and English. • Capable to travel within the region 60% of the time as required.
