Sales & Applications Engineer UP $4000 !!! (West) Responsibilities: Develop a thorough understanding of products and applications through on-the-job and overseas training. Provide technical consultation&service to customers to solve their applications, selecting& promoting of proper company products or services for their application. Assist to develop and implement local sales and marketing goals with quotas and budgets, plans and strategies to distribute engineering products of company to construction, heavy, marine, crane, manufacturing industries and wholesalers Maintain existing customers and create more new customers to meet targeted sales revenue, market share and gross profit. Prospect for new accounts and promptly follow-up on all sales leads or enquiries locally. Assist to plan and implement promotional activities and trade shows. Assist in updating inventory list, establishing and implementing list prices of products, discount structures, advertising and promotion. Liaise and resolve product and pricing issues with Principal promptly. Highlight issues on quotations, prices, deliveries and competitions to Managing Director with recommended solutions for speedy resolution. Assist to plan, implement and control product inventory and delivery optimally Requirements: NTC or Diploma in Electronic and Electrical Engineering. Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in construction and manufacturing Industries. Possess own car or valid class 3 driving license. Bilingual in English & Mandarin as most of clients are Mandarin speaking. Good interpersonal skills, pleasant personality and PC literate. Overseas training and assignments will be provided.
