RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategizes to capture new and repeat internet auto sales by setting appointments for sales prospects and to meet dealership standards of productivity and profitability. Essential duties include: • Communicating with and responding to online prospects and inquiries by email, phone or in person in a timely and effective manner • Coordinating with the webmaster to update the company website frequently to attract new and repeat customers and overseeing internet sales promotions • Maintains a frequently updated database of customers and potential customers. REQUIREMENTS: • Sales and/or telemarketing experience preferred • Dealership internet marketing a plus • Must be able to qualify for a VA auto sales license • Must be available to work a flexible schedule of 45-55 hours per week which includes nights and weekends • High level of customer service ability, organization skills, integrity and sales drive are essential.
