Our Sales Consultant will be responsible for business to business (B2B) nationwide sales, promoting products and a service to real estate professionals. Our real estate sales division is responsible for consultative selling to Real Estate agents and assisting them to grow their business using our innovative real estate platform called Homes Connect. A successful candidate for this position is someone who has a positive attitude, is sales driven, enthusiastic, money motivated, computer savvy, and who wants to support real estate professionals with growing their business. An aggressive commission structure (up to 110%, uncapped commissions), plus base salary, with a monthly residual bonus opportunity on top of that. Essential Job Duties: Heavy outbound calls. Prospecting to Real Estate agents, consulting and selling online advertising. Identifying the client’s needs, showing value of the product and guiding the client through the sales process. Strategizing on what will benefit the customer and how we can help them. Always having a positive attitude and contributing to the success of the company. Maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times with clients/customers. Minimum Requirements: Energetic, eager, focused and competitive by nature. Proven sales and negotiation skills. Meets our monthly sales quotas. Passion for making the sale and closing the deal. Well spoken. The ability to develop rapport and build trust. Positive attitude and friendly demeanor. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Adheres to company’s policies at all times; reliable attendance. Comfortable with Microsoft Office and standard office applications as well as navigating on the Internet. Preferred Requirements: Real Estate industry knowledge. A plus, but not necessary. Advertising industry knowledge. Social media and platform knowledge.
