Experience: (1-3) years in sales (IS a MUST) With Minimum 1 year in supervisory position Job Description: - Act as a role model and coach the selling team - Supervise the Junior sales specialists to drive sales activities while monitoring and progress of achieving individual and departmental sales goals - Deliver excellent customer service and sales results - Focus on building loyalty and maximizing sales opportunities by generating and increase sales volume - Assist the sales supervisor in the operational Management of the department - Develop and customize proposals and sales presentations - Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers within the client, agent and business firm environment - Work with Technical support engineers to ensure a smooth implementation process with new clients - Maintain documentation of prospects, leads, and develop and maintain sales reports and formal written documentation along with contact information - Other duties are required by the manager and travel (inside or abroad) as required.
