Sales & Lettings Negotiator Job description Sales & Lettings Negotiator My client is an established Independent Estate Agency based in Accrington who is currently recruiting for an experienced sales and lettings negotiator. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a strong sales background and has relevant experience with this sector. (12 months experience) Job Role: To conduct viewings of property’s Answering the phone to existing or potential clients To arrange financial assessments and promote sales opportunities for various departments within the business. Registering new applicants and matching them to suitable properties Assessing property needs and working with landlords and vendors selling or letting their property. Deal with numerous enquiries and hit set targets on a regular basis. Canvassing for new properties Negotiating between purchasers and vendors Sales progressing The Successful Applicant Will have a proven track record in sales. Strong communication skills. The ability to work as part of a team and individually to hit strict targets and deadlines. Have a minimum of 12 months experience within this sector. Have use of their own vehicle.
