Requirements: Matric or equivalent qualification Plumbing product knowledge and sales experience Minimum of 3 years’ experienc e in a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to handle work related pressure – meeting of targets and deadlines consistently Must be willing and able to work overtime and after hours as and when required Advanced computer literacy MS Office, Word and Excel Fluency in English and Afrikaans is a fixed employment requirement within the Group Job Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets set for you on a daily basis Actively sell products into the market Effectively market and sell specials Manage back orders effectively Process sales orders timeously and accurately Respond openly and objectively to customer queries Resolve customer queries timeously and effectively Direct customers to appropriate internal resources for resolving their queries Maintain on-going customer service during busy trading periods by assisting co-workers attending customers calls Create a positive relationship with the telephone caller Respond to queries from Sales Agents timeously and effectively Support Sales Agents to achieve sales objectives Provide accurate and timeous informa tion when required by Sales Agents Create develop and maintain effective working relationships with Sales Agents Report competitor and other market information to management Applicant must reside in the Polokwane or surrounding area.
