Sales and Marketing Officer - Pathways Education and Training Position Summary The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for all sales and marketing activities, with the aim of raising awareness about Pathways centre and its courses, expanding on a positive reputation for Pathways, and recruiting potential students Key Accountabilities 1. Adding, updating and revising all content for the Pathways website, Facebook, blogger, forums, YouTube channel and other relevant online media 2. Monitor and improve website traffic 3. Assisting with the writing of the online Pathways newsletter and other online articles about Pathways 4. Organise marketing events, including information sessions, competitions, workshops, surveys, along with school and university consultation, demonstration classes and workshops to showcase the Centre and its programs under the guidance of the Director 5. Undertake student recruitment processes to promote and increase the number of students for assigned courses 6. Advise clients and potential students about Pathways courses, and application procedures and schedules 7. When required, develop and manage relationships, networks, databases and communication with potential audiences/clients, including English language centres, schools, universities, and other agents Key Selection Criteria 1. Demonstrated skills in marketing and sales 2. Well-developed interpersonal skills, including consulting, liaison, and cross cultural communication 3. Well-developed and extensive network (with universities, high schools and businesses preferred) 4. Demonstrated understanding of Pathways courses 5. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment 6. Strong organising and planning skills with attention to detail 7. Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
