Salmon Patties -as pictured below fry x2 red onions and lots of finely chopped garlic until onion is cooked, add a packet of spinach as you turn off the heat and stir through. In a large mixing bowl place x3 cans of pink salmon, dried basil, chilli flakes, wakame, cumin and coriander black pepper and tumeric - I use lots of herbs. Add 4 eggs or x5 egg whites only. Add the onion, garlic and spinach mix For this batch I blended up some brussel sprouts until quite fine and added this to the mixture. Put on some disposable gloves and using your hands mix everything together. If mixture looks a little dry add another egg. Roll into patties and place on a tray lined with baking paper. Cook in a 180C oven for 30 minutes Enjoy
