Salmon bath in soy sauce and Mirin ( Sweet rice wine ). Flavor: garlic, ginger, sauté onion, sliced carrot, scallion, and basil with a touch of honey. This is the way my grandma to cook her fish, now I make this for my family. I love the crispy skin to dig in sauce, my kids enjoy the tender salmon with a bowl of rice and drizzle some more sauce on top. It is a very timeless savor dish to enjoy with family. Lets keep the great tradition go on in every generation. ^_^ 醬燒鮭魚和味霖, 風味: 蒜, 薑, 炒洋蔥, 紅蘿蔔, 青蔥和羅勒, 還有一點點的蜂蜜. 這是我奶奶她喜歡煮魚的方式. 現在換我做這道菜給我的家人. 我喜歡酥脆的魚皮沾醬, 孩子們則喜歡鮮嫩的鮭魚肉, 配上白飯再淋上少許醬汁. 這是一道可以和家人一起分享而且永遠吃不膩的下飯菜. 就讓這一份好的傳統傳承下去吧!^_^
