Salted Caramel Flan 2 cups heavy cream 1 can sweetened condensed milk, caramelized and cooled 1 cup evaporated milk 5 eggs 1 tsp sea salt Preheat oven to 350° Place all ingredients in a blender, blend until caramel has comletely dissolved into milk and egg mixture. Place a lightly greased bundt pan into a larger casserole dish. Fill the casserole dish with about 2-3 incces of water this is done to prevent scorching during the baking process. Pour the Flan mixture into the bundt pan. Carefully place into the oven onto a middle rack. Bake for about an hr. Check your flan by sticking a knife into the middle, if it comes out clean, its done. Cool for about 30 minutes on your countertop. Then place in the refrigerator for 2 hrs to overnight. Once the flan has cooled completely it is ready to transfer onto a pretty dish. If desired you can top with additional caramel sauce. I just used a store bought salted caramel ice cream topping. But this Flan is sweet enough as is. Now serve and enjoy.
