Salvation Army India Properties Cannot be Sold . The international Headquater does not have any rights to sell it is clearly stated in salvation army ordinance. it is also stated by state charity commissioner of India. In Law stated that charity commissioner had given court order no property’s of S.A can’t be sold and be under the control.. Purohit Maharartra charity commissioner ordered the Salvation Army movable and immovable properties cannot be sold by way of sell, lease,mortgage,exchange,patition under 1950 act. ordinance of salvation army act 1929 act stating change of general should not effect properties and interest.
