Same old DMH BULLSHIT. Dont close the barn door (even though they have propped that barn door open themselves) . . .now when someone is killed thern they (the Director of DMH and his spin doctors, PR) start closing doors and windows (which will stay secured until the issue goes cold then things go back they way before (barn door propped open and windows opened as well) until the next incident occurs then it repeats) . As far as arming the police officers (doctors and psychiatrist hate cops and believe that ALL police officers should be disarmed everywher), no consideration will be given UNTIL a hospital police is murdered ON DUTY but I doubt that the powers that be in DMH Directorship will do the RIGHT thing and arm these officers. CSLEA President Alan Barcelona and CSLEA Lawyers and Labor reps worked with me when I was the HPAC President for over 10 years in trying to get both DDS & DMH police officers armed and proper safety equipment to perform their jobs. OK im RE-PISSED OFF NOW so enough ranting, I am retired now (but Im still a cop and always will be).
